The aim was to resolve the constraints arising from the limited space of the typical rectangular plot, orientation, and the need for unobstructed views, in relation to the housing needs of three families. The building is developed within the outline resulting from subtracting the lateral distances and the depth of the incline. Within this outline, recesses in the building volume or the creation of voids, as well as the use of horizontal or vertical metal or wooden elements, create plasticity in the facades. A system of blinds is implemented in a section of the main facade so that light penetrates into the openings, entering the maisonette while simultaneously ensuring visual isolation.
