The parameters taken into account in the design of the houses were the following: the morphology of the natural terrain, the orientation for the placement of individual functions, and the view. Simple, clean volumes with clear outlines were used, along with differentiation in the coloring of the building according to the resulting volumes. Outdoor formations were created using stone. The buildings operate on 3 levels. The basement accommodates auxiliary spaces of the residence. On the ground floor, there is a reception area, kitchen, dining room, and a toilet. On the first floor, bedroom spaces are created.
